Petronesia Benimel established by a graduate engineer of an Indonesia State University named Benny Siagian. Benny with a good experience and abilities, able to deliver him to gottraining in Denmark for Boiler Specialization, through a foreign company where he worked. He has had experience of working in many local and foreign companies. Deed issued by the notary firm H. Rizul Sudarmadi, SH in Jakarta on October 3, 2005 under Deed No. 10.

Along with its development, we conducted some of the changes contained in the Amendment Deed which is consist of: Amendment No. 35 on 9 September 2007, Amendment No. 91 on May 15, 2008, Amendment No. 2, February 2009, Amendment No. 133 on June 24, 2009 where all of the Amendments issued in Jakarta.

Petronesia Benimel cooperation with a corrosion expert company in Malaysia, Corrtrol Sdn Bhd, was determined to be a corrosion expert companies both domestically and abroad. It is well addressed by the Company by given each staff the training needed.
